Coming Together &
Keeping You Safe

Our Restart

The world is a very different place than it was a few months ago. Everything has changed and everything continues to change. Our last on-site church service was March 15th. Since then we’ve adapted by posting short encouraging videos from our pastors on our website and more recently made available a Youtube livestream of a service with only a handful of people in our building.

Now we are going to take advantage of the British Columbia government’s Restart Plan which allows for gatherings of up to 50 people. Beginning June 7th we invite you to join us on-site for one of four services.

Service Times (1 hour)

9 a.m. & 11 a.m.

Location

Main Auditorium and the Upper Room (Band Room)

How We Will Ensure Your Safety

Sanitization

  • The facilities will be cleaned and sanitized before each service
  • Hand sanitizing stations are available

Physical Distancing

  • Each service will be restricted to no more than 50
  • Seating will be arranged to allow for appropriate physical distancing

Westside Kids & Coffee Bar

  • For the time being these are not available

Children

  • Children are welcome at either Main Auditorium or Upper Room but families with very young children are encouraged to consider attending a Main Auditorium service.
  • “Activity Bags” to entertain children will be available at both locations.

Before You Arrive

If you answer “Yes” to any of these questions please consider the safety of others and stay home:

  1. Do you have a fever, or have you had a fever in the last 14 days?
  2. Do you have shortness of breath or other difficulties breathing?
  3. Do you have other flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache, or fatigue?
  4. Have you experienced loss of taste or smell recently?
  5. Have you traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days?
  6. Have you had close contact with anyone that is confirmed COVID-19 positive within the last 14 days?

This new way of having in-person on-site church gatherings is very different and the restrictions can be seen as cumbersome and inconvenient. However, we can also see it as an opportunity for God to work in our midst in a new way.  We look forward to seeing you June 7th onward!
